Abstract

The Patient Engagement in Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Programs project is a collaborative effort between the CEREIA Laboratory at the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR) and Hapvida. It aims to use artificial intelligence, called HappCare, to create an innovative monitoring tool for people with chronic diseases. The partnership between academia and the healthcare sector aims to develop a personalized monitoring and guidance solution, aiming to improve patients' quality of life and revolutionize healthcare.
