Abstract

1. Study of the localization of the Hs11C-atto488 peptide in RAW cells using confocal microscopy, via excitation of the Hs11 peptide, endowed with a C-terminal cysteine, labeled with maleimide-atto488 (fluorophore stimulated in the 488nm range). Nuclear DNA was also labeled with the DAPI probe.2. Quantification of the Hs11C-atto488 peptide in RAW cells using flow cytometry techniques.3. Interaction of Hs11 peptides (unlabeled) with GAGs, seeking to evaluate the structural alteration of the peptide in interaction with glycosaminoglycans using circular dichroism (CD) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques.4. Mobilization of Ca2+ in RAW cells as a mechanism for inflammation-suppressing activity. Aiming to evaluate the effect of Hs11 on the suppression of Ca2+ mobilization induced by LPS.
