Abstract

In this study 30 pancreas of ostrich (Struthio camellus), adults, males and females, will be analyzed. They will be collected in slaughterhouse, preserving the arterial vases destined to this gland. After that, these organs will be dissected and identified arterial vascular distribution and finally schematized and photographed. The results will be tabulated and in agreement the vascular behavior, the pancreas will be divided in its diverse lobes.
