Abstract

This project involves the synthesis of oligomers containing 2,1,3-benzothiadiazol and 9,9-dioctylfluorene separated by vinyl groups. These novel oligomers and the corresponding polymer will be characterized spectroscopically and should present low band gap suitable for application in solar cells. (AU)
