Abstract

The admissions by external causes, particularly those caused by traffic accidents, generate a high cost for the Health System and can incapacitate and even cause the death of those involved. This project aims to identify clusters of municipalities with high rates of admissions for accidents in transit through GIS technique. Will be used to Datasus for the period 2000-2006 of the 35 municipalities of the Paraíba Valley. The analysis uses the space program and will be TerraView obtained the coefficients of global and Map of Moran Moran. Coropletes be constructed with these data and the values obtained by a Bayesian estimation. Data from hospital will be addressed as rates per 100 thousand inhabitants.(AU)
