Abstract

The liver rupture during pregnancy is serious complication, rare and with high maternal and perinatal morbid-mortality . This study aims to evaluate the frequency and maternal, obstetric and perinatal outcome in pregnancies complicated by liver rupture. It is a retrospective study in which data from pregnancies complicated by liver rupture that occurred in the service in a period of 10 years are reviewed. The main data will be evaluated: maternal age, parity, baseline disease, diagnosis of DHEG and its form, signs and symptoms prior to diagnosis, gestational age at diagnosis, surgical procedure, the route of delivery, development and maternal perinatal outcome.
