Abstract

This project is about the influence of academic environment in the concept or moral and ethics among psychology students. The academic environment includes curricular (disciplines), semi-curricular (monitories, researches) and extra-curricular (groups with political, artistic or social subjects) activities. This environment must provide to undergraduate students role taking and guided reflection opportunities so they became capable to understand that his or her practice presupposes not only the knowledge of rules but also the consciousness about their own values and reflection about these values in order to build a practice that considers the human being as an end and not merely as a mean. The project will be realized in a private university of São Paulo and the subjects are students of the first and last years of psychology course. It will be used an evaluation questionnaire about academic environment (Origin_u) and another questionnaire about moral and ethics concepts. The analysis will be qualitative and data will be correlated. The main objective is to verify if the concepts vary. The hypothesis is that in the beginning of the course the concepts are more common sense and in the end more related to autonomy, post conventionalism and justice.
