Abstract

Studies concepts have been encouraged as a way to promote school education more effective and genuinely committed to the acquisition of other attitudes and ideas facing the context of everyday life. Accordingly, this project aims to identify and examine the conceptions of students, teachers and textbooks on the Spider-man relationship, in light of the pre-conceptions and stigma that surrounds this issue. The principles of environmental education critical allies to current knowledge of evolutionary biology make important contributions in the context of the study and analyze explain the basis of the data found. These informations will be collected from: a) teachers of Science and Biology of schools in the city of Botucatu, b) the students of elementary school (cycle II) and high school, and c) the textbooks sent to Science and Biology of the past 30 years. The information will be analyzed from the perspective of qualitative research, having in mind the different materials for the construction of the data in the research (questionnaires, observations and interviews). This procedure combines interlocking the various and varied points of view achieved through the collection of data. The results of the study will be used as reference for the diagnosis of ideas on the subject of the communities surveyed.
