Abstract

The BiMeVOX materials are known to have important electrical properties that make them very attractive for many applications. However, they are marked by a lack of understanding of structure-microstructure-property relations, which is yet essential in order to design better materials. This project can be broken down into two main parts that are equally important for the understanding of the BIMEVOX materials: - Provide precise, temperature dependant, crystallographic characterization by X-Ray Diffraction; -Study the phenomena happening in the intergranular zones by Impedance Spectroscopy.
