Abstract

This project is aimed at characterizing the human health impacts due to use of energy resources within the process of IRP (Integrated Resources Planning) in Araçatuba, São Paulo. In this case, the reference methodology is the FCA (Full Cost Accounting), which was developed to evaluate both the supply and the demand of energy resources (UDAETA, RIBEIRO 2004). In this manner, I intend to attain the procedures necessary for the computation of the impacts within IRP in Araçatuba and at the same time establish a working tool that will make it possible to analyze the impacts that are provoked by energy use in the health sector. The good performance as well as the attainment of the results intended in this study have a high degree of success for the project is adherent and has already been defined in the main FAPESP Project (Project registration number is 03/06441-7).
