Abstract

During the last few years the amount of information in the Web is growing, provoking the necessity to provide more consistent structures of data and the knowledge representation. Looking for to supply this necessity, the Semantics Web proposes new approach for integration, recovery and sharing of information, aiming at the extraction and the representation of the knowledge in texts through of ontology based approach. However, ontology building is a difficult process, returning essential the use of tools that can assist in the development of the activities of this process. In this direction, a study will be developed, aiming at to acquire knowledge of the new methods for the linguistic notation and concepts extraction, to be used in the out performer of the PhDic tool, having also integrated the new concepts of ontology and the Semantics Web.
