Abstract

This study in complement to our lab studies in S100 b and inflammation look for S100 b protein mRNA in human adipocyts of patients with Mellitus diabetes Analysis of S100b protein mRna expression in adipocyts of patients with Mellitus Diabetis, type II. It has been developed in collaboration with Dr. Mario H Hirata of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical/Biochemistry of USP. Once we have the methods established we intend to apply them to the Anoxia studies we are developing. For sure, we will also publish the results of this collaboration.
