Abstract

Previous results in the laboratory have shown that the CopA and CopB proteins from Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri, proteins potentially involved in the copper resistance mechanism are able to interact with other proteins from the bacterium. O purpose of this project is to perform a more detailed study with the prey proteins previously selected. The following experiments are proposed in this study: evaluation of each prey with its specific bait in order to confirm the interactions and pulldown assays with a few specific preys.
