Abstract

The research is divided in three analysis. First, a general theory of association will be sought, based on the phenomenon of associativism, along with its historical, factual, social and historical aspects, in a way to better understand both the nature of societies as well as obtain perspectives about the phenomenon which is the basis of societal law. In second, a description and explanation about the constitution, use of by-laws and the judicial persona of societies will be made, attempting to theorize the incidence of norms in the institution. In this section the society will be categorized as a derivative of the plurilateral contract, in accordance to its characteristics. And in third, an analysis of the exercise of societies, their administration, responsibility, extinction and patrimony, both in its form as well as in its relevance.
