Abstract

The constructive system of monolithic panels of concrete molded in loco is used in Brazil since 80’s and offers to the sector of civil construction an excellent possibility of rationalization of the system of production of houses, being characterized for high productivity and the low index of losses. In general, this constructive blocking system of the constructions, also with structural function, it is executed using the armed concrete, molded in double mold to conformation of the panels, with the windows, doors and part of the located electrical systems and hydraulical already in the place of use in the interior of mold.The present research project presents a proposal of development of a concrete destined to the constructive system of monolithic panels molded in loco, having as reference, beyond the technician requirements workability, mechanics resistance and durability, the influence of the panels in the performance of the ambient comfort of the habitations. For this reason, the development of the concrete as well as the definition of thickness of the blocking panel will be done considering the particularitities of the different bioclimatics regions of the state of São Paulo as well as the constructive typologies adopted by the Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano (CDHU) and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF).
