Graduated in Engineering Physics from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), currently is a Master's student at the Institute of Physics of São Carlos (IFSC) at the University of São Paulo (USP). Has great interest in developing technologies and innovations for applications in the medical field. During undergraduate degree, participated in the research group at Institute of Advanced Studies (IEA) on non-invasive monitoring of intracranial pressure and was undergraduate researcher at the Materials and Devices Group (GMD) at UFSCar. Was exchange student at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in South Korea with government grant through the Science Without Borders program between 2013-2014. During the program, was an intern at Hyundai Mobis. In addition, developed a research project on nanomedicine in the Biomaterials Engineering Laboratory (BEL) group in the Department of Bio and Brain Engineering, which resulted in a high-impact publication. Also during graduation, he developed a research project on the synthesis and applications of nanoparticles for cancer therapy in the Nanomedicine Laboratory and toxicology (LNN) group, where he currently develops his masters thesis in the same area.
