Higor Codarin Nascimento

Postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Department of Sociology at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Ph.D. in History from the Fluminense Federal University, with a research exchange period at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, now Université Gustave Eiffel. Holds a Masters degree in Sociology from the State University of Campinas, where he also completed a bachelors and teaching degree in History. His masters thesis won the 4th Memórias Reveladas Research Award, organized by the National Archives, and was published as a book by Alameda Casa Editorial (2019). His main areas of interest include the history of Brazilian left-wing movements, the generation of 1968, the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship, the sociology of militant engagement, and militant subjectivities.
