Interested in bioinformatics tool for the comprehension of life diversity, particularly thought the use of Structural, Functional and Comparative/Evolutive Genomics and all conceptual bioinformatic and biological unfoldment. This project will address the microbiome and transcriptome aspects of plant-microbe interactions under pathogenic, non-pathogenic and mixed interactions. The organisms under study are different varieties of sugarcane, a pathogenic bacterium and a growth-promoting bacterium. (AU)
