BBachelor of Laws from USP, having obtained the BEST STUDENT AWARD (1st PLACE) and also the YOUNG JURIST AWARD (3rd PLACE) with the prize entitled REGULATORY LEGAL REGIMES FOR THE BRAZILIAN OIL AND NATURAL GAS INDUSTRY: OG contracts, hydrocarbon ownership and inventory control, both awards of the 181st Graduating Class of the Largo de São Francisco Law Academy of the University of São Paulo. Graduated in PHILOSOPHY from USP, having obtained the FIRST PLACE among the Graduates of the Class of 2004 of the Faculty of Philosophy of USP. He holds a bachelor's degree in PSYCHOLOGY (Concentration: Public Health and Organizational Psychology) from PUC-SP. She holds a master's degree and a doctorate in Philosophy from USP, having obtained DISTINCTION AND LOUVOR in her master's dissertation and DISTINCTION AND LOUVOR in her doctoral thesis. She holds a PhD in STATE LAW/ADMINISTRATIVE LAW from the Largo de São Francisco Law Academy of the University of São Paulo. She is a POST-DOCTOR at the Department of ECONOMICS of FEA-USP (2011-2012). During her master's degree in PHILOSOPHY, she worked with Herbert Simon's models of rationality and decision processes and problem solving and their developments in consumer theory.In his PhD in PHILOSOPHY, he contrasted the foundations and instruments of Welfare Economics/Social Choice in Arrow/Sen and, with greater emphasis, the approach of Constitutional Economics/Public Choice of Buchanan and Tullock and problems of free-rider and rent-seeking. In his doctorate in LAW, he worked on the two regulatory legal regimes of the upstream segment of the oil and gas sector in Brazil, using the spatial model of voting in the definition of public interest and the Economic Analysis of Contracts to evaluate the consequences of these two regimes in force simultaneously in the Brazilian legal system. In her postdoctoral studies, she applied the theory of market regulation derived from the research program of Constitutional Economics and Law Economics to the capital and technological innovation markets in order to address the market failures inherent in these two sectors, respectively, information asymmetry and free-rider behavior. She was a professor at the São Paulo School of Economics of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EESP-FGV) from 2004 to 2012, having participated in the foundation of the undergraduate course in Economics of this institution and its NDE. She was a professor at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) in 2008, at the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), teaching undergraduate courses in business administration in 2009 and economics in 2007. She is currently ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR III at the Paulista School of Politics, Economics and Business of the Federal University of São Paulo (EPPEN-UNIFESP). In April 2022, she was requested by CADE to work at the General Coordination of Antitrust Analysis 1 of CADE's General Superintendence in the analysis of mergers and unilateral conducts She has experience in the areas of: (i) Rationality, Decision Processes and Problem Solving Approach; (ii) Constitutional Economics/Public Choice and Welfare Economics/Social Choice and Constitutional, Administrative and Economic Law; (iii) Epistemology, Philosophy of Science, Logic and Methodology; (iv) Philosophy and Political Theory, Philosophy, General Theory of Law and Theories of Justice; (v) Law and Politics, Law Economics and Regulatory Theory with applications in the capital market, technological innovation market and regulation in the hydrocarbon sector and OG contracts. Her article LAW AS SCIENCE AND THE THEORY OF INTERPRETATION IN HANS KELSEN was selected and published in the book ESSENTIAL DOCTRINES OF CIVIL LAW, commemorative edition of the centenary of Editora Revista dos Tribunais organized by Minister Gilmar Mendes (STF) and Judge Rui Stoco (TJ-SP) containing the BEST ARTICLES PUBLISHED IN 100 YEARS by Editora Revista dos Tribunais.
