Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (Brazil, 1982), Masters in Electronics Engineering from Philips International Institute (The Netherlands, 1984) and PhD in Electronics and Computer Science from University of Southampton (UK, 1989). After his PHD, he worked for more than 18 years at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY. Currently, Reinaldo is a visiting professor at the Institute of Computing, Campinas State University (UNICAMP), founder of Odysci (Internet Startup) and occasional consultant for CadComponents Inc.
