PhD's Degree in Law from the Master's Degree Program in Law from São Paulo State University (UNESP Franca). Master' Degree in Law from the Master's Degree Program in Law from São Paulo State University (UNESP Franca) . Bachelor in Law from São Paulo State University ( UNESP Franca ). He is a member of several Editorial Boards of national journals, among which he is a members of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Legal Studies of the Post Graduate in Law from UNESP (REJ), the City Law of the UERJ Magazine, the Publicum UERJ Magazine and from Quaestio Iuris UERJ Magazine. He was a member of the Center for Advanced Research in Comparative and Brazilian Civil Procedure from UNESP ( NUPAD ) and member of the Center for Studies of Criminal Enforcement of Human Rights ( NETPDH ), also from UNESP. He was advisor and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of UNESP Academic Law during the years of 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 . He was a fellow / researcher of Scientific Initiation of the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo ( FAPESP ) . Acts in search Effectiveness and Enforcement of Fundamental Rights online . As a researcher has experience in International Law , Human Rights / Constitutional and Criminal Law , particularly in issues of migration , international law on refugees and internally displaced persons , stateless law , diplomacy and international relations , legal , human dignity , nationality , ethnic identity international -cultural , and international tolerance.
