Graduated in Biomedicine from the University Center of Votuporanga (2005). Has Master's degree in Biotechnology from the former Center of Agroindustrial Development (CCDA) from UNAERP (Ribeirão Preto College), and a PhD from USP (University of São Paulo) in the area of biotechnology and biosciences with emphasis on molecular biology. Carried out the research project entitled "Selection and identification of microorganisms for the digestion of vinasse" (2007 - 2009). Has extensive experience in alcoholic fermentation, vinasse, environmental microbiology, ethanolic fermentation microbiology and food microbiology. Was professor in the subjects of Basic Histology I and II, Human Pathology I and II at the Integrated Colleges of Três Lagos (MS) (2010 - 2011). Acting as microbiologist of alcoholic fermentation, AlSukkar company, based in Ribeirão Preto as a partner, is coordinator of internal projects for monitoring alcoholic fermentation as well as responsible for fermentation microbiology.
