Rodolfo Godoy

Graduate in Agronomia from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1973), master's in Fitotecnia from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1975) and PhD. in Agronomy from Texas A M University (1981). Has experience in Zoothecny, focusing on Improvement of Forage Plants and Seed Production, acting on the following subjects: agronomic evaluation, animal feeding,plant breeding, winter forage crop.From 1996 to 2003 and from September 2008 to January 2014 was Associate Administration Head and substitute of the General Head at Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste. Responsible for the projects that delivered the Baeti cultivar of Andropogon, the São Carlos cultivar of forage oats and the BRS Mandarim cultivar of pigeon-pea. Also responsible for the registration and protection of the Guatã cultivar of pigeon pea, wiich will be briefly release and the registration of the BRS Guanamiri cultivar also of pigeon-pea, which will bre released in 2025.
