Graduated from the Federal University of Itajubá (1983), Master's degree in Space Engineering and Technology by the National Institute of Space Research (1989) and PhD in Space Engineering and Technology by the National Institute of Space Research (1997). He was a full professor at Braz Cubas University from 1998 to 2009 and remains a technologist at the National Institute for Space Research. He has experience in the areas of Aerospace Engineering, with emphasis on Orbital Dynamics, and Computing / Information Technology. He worked until 2012 in the areas: computer networks: network and systems security, antispam filters. Up to the moment in the development and implementation of real-time data acquisition systems, reentry dynamics, development of tcp / ip (ipv4) applications, prediction of space debris decay, debri coollision prediction, reentry trajectories, GPS / unit positioning systems Inertial, SCAO (Attitude and Orbit Control System) software for the ACDH-National.
