Endler Marcel Borges de Souza

Graduated in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) (2004). Master's in Science from the University of São Paulo at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP) (2006). PhD in Sciences from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) (2011). He completed a postdoctoral internship from 2011 to 2013 with a grant from the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) at the Institute of Chemistry at UNICAMP and a postdoctoral internship, in 2014, at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP) with CNPq scholarship. He worked at the Master's in Science and Biotechnology at the Universidade do Oeste Catarinense (UNOESC) on the Videira campus from 2014 to 2019. Since 2015, he has been a full-time professor and member of the Graduate Program in Chemistry PPGQ at the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB). His areas of interest are food analysis, chemistry education and the use of smartphones and scanners in analytical methodologies.
