Doctor in Communication and Semiotics at PUC / SP; Master in Communication Sciences from ECA / USP; Graduated in Communication: Journalism by UniSantos. Journalist and professor in the area of Social Communication since 1977, having received the Intercom'30, Intercom 97 awards for the best doctoral thesis in the area and the Pão de Açúcar Award for the Encouragement of Research in Social Communication by the Brazilian Society of Interdisciplinary Studies.
