Monica Martinez

Monica Martinez holds a PhD in Sciences of Communication (University of São Paulo) and completed her postdoctoral studies at the Methodist University of São Paulo. She is Professor on the Communication and Culture Masters Programme at the University of Sorocaba, Brazil. Has experience in Comunication, focusing on Journalism Studies, acting on the following subjects: Epistemology, Research Methodology, Contemporary Narratives, Literary Journalism, Non-Fiction Writing, and Creative Writing. As a journalist, she was a newsroom staff member for more than twenty years in major national magazines such as Saúde (Health).
