Associate Professor in the Area of Spanish Language and Literature of the Language Department of the Federal University of São Carlos (Universidade Federal de São Carlos, UFSCar), since 2008. Effective member in the Postgraduate Program in Spanish Language and Spanish and Hispanic American Literatures of the Department of Modern Letters of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (Universidade de São Paulo, USP). Degree in Letters from the University of São Paulo (1996 - Bachelor's and Bachelor's), Master's degree (2003) and a Doctorate (2010) in Letters - Spanish Language and Spanish and Hispanic-American Literatures by the same university. Post-doctorate (20018) as a Collaborating Researcher at the Center for Policy Research, Enunciation, History, Materiality, Sexuality (Centro de Pesquisa Políticas, Enunciação, História, Materialidades, Sexualidades POEHMAS) of the Institute of Language Studies of the University of Campinas (Universidade Estadual de Campinas, UNICAMP). Specialization in Public Policies for Equality in Latin America (2018) by the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (Conselho Latino-americano de Ciências Sociais, CLACSO). Develops and guides researches mainly in the following subjects: teaching / learning of Spanish language in Brazil; language policies; linguistic rights; language legislation; educational legislation. Member of the board of directors of the Brazilian Association of Hispanists in the 2008-2010 and 2010-2012 biennia. Chair of the Institute of Languages of UFSCar from 2016 to 2017. Member of the Association of Spanish Teachers of the State of São Paulo (Associação de Professores de Espanhol do Estado de São Paulo, APEESP) and the Brazilian Association of Hispanists (Associação Brasileira de Hispanistas, ABH).
