Yuriko Yamamoto Baldin

Graduated in Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas,has Master and Ph.D degrees in Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Is memebr of editorial board of Electronic Journal of Mathematics and Technology and of LIMC-UFRJ.The research interests are: Mathematics, focusing on Defferential Geometry, and on the subjects: use of technology in teaching/learning Mathematics, integrated education, teacher education, professional development of teachers, development of teaching materials. Worked in the national network for continuous education of Ministry of Education of Brazil, Regional coordinator of OBMEP from 2005 to 2013. Effective faculty member of the Graduate Program in Teaching Exact Sciences- UFSCar. Acted as ICMI-IMU representative of Brazil , period 2008-2012, and was elected Member at Large of Executive Committee of ICMI for the term 2013-2016, and 2017-2020. Is member of the Design Team of The Klein project for 21st century of ICMI-IMU, Acted as IPC member of ICME12-IMU in Seul, 2012, IPC member of 7 Earcome-ICMI in Philippines, 2015, general coordinator of CANP5 ICMI-IMU Project in Peru, 2016.
