Guilherme Galuppo Borba

Holds a degree in Geography (2005) from the University of São Paulo, with a sandwich research period at Bishop's University; a master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism (2014) from the University of São Paulo, focusing on Urban Landscape, with a sandwich research period at Université d'Avignon; and a doctorate (2021) in Architecture and Urbanism, focusing on Urban Transformation and Culture. Has experience in teaching geography and in projects in the broad area of Urbanism, with an emphasis on cultural activities, urban transformations, and public policy. Serves as Public Policy and Government Management Analyst at the São Paulo City Hall, working since 2017 at the Municipal Department of Culture. Has previously been head of the Technical and Cultural Policy Advisory Office, Human Resources Coordinator, director of the Municipal Historical Archive, and director of the Mário de Andrade Library.
