Abstract
This project aim is to analyze and aprehend how John Dewey educational ideas were appropriate by Early Chilhood Education Brazilian scholars from 1934-1971. In order to achieve that the educational works of Odilon de Andrade Filho, Heloisa Marinho, Nazira Féres Abi-sáber e Celina Airlie Nina will be analyzed. Dermeval Saviani methodological steps will be used to do this investigation.
