Researcher in Communication, Media and Culture, PhD in Communication Sciences at the University of São Paulo (2016). Bachelor in Social Communication with a degree in Journalism at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, São Paulo, SP (2007) and post-graduate (Specialization) in Politics and International Relations from Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Politica de São Paulo (2010). In 2011, he joined the master's program in Communication Sciences at ECA / USP under the guidance of Dr. Waldomiro Vergueiro, having been promoted to a direct doctorate in 2012. The research was awarded fellowships from FAPESP at both levels. I did a postdoctoral internship in the interdisciplinary Graduate Program Humanities, Rights and Other Legitimacy at FFLCH-USP with the subject Cultural Wars: A Study of Journalism, Politics and Digital Revolution. The project proposes to analyze the influences and transformations of the Disney production, more specifically the animated features and the comics after the changes in the Walt Disney company as corporation in the 1980´s, resulting in decentralization and creating a new dynamic way of cultural and artistic production.
