He has a GRADUATION in Biomedicine with a qualification in Molecular Biology from Universidade Nove de Julho (2010). Assistant Researcher at the Liver Transplantation and Surgery Laboratory - LIM37, Department of Surgery, Hospital das Clínicas, Faculty of Medicine, USP. He completed his PhD in Sciences at the Laboratory of Cellular, Genetic and Molecular Nephrology-LIM29 at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP) (2015). He has experience in research in the area of #8203;#8203;basic Nephrology, specifically: experimental models of chronic kidney disease and peritoneal fibrosis. Current line of research involves the study of the immunological mechanisms triggered by brain death and also the immunological mechanisms involved in the process of hepatic ischemia and reperfusion.
