Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Bauru. Faculdade de Ciências (FC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelors degree in Physics from the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI) in 2005, Masters degree in Materials for Engineering from UNIFEI in 2008, and Ph.D. in Science (Physics) from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in 2011. Completed postdoctoral fellowships at São Paulo State University (UNESP/Bauru) in 2012, funded by FAPESP, and at the Commissariat à l'Énergie Atomique et aux Énergies Alternatives (CEA) in France in 2018, funded by the CAPES-COFECUB program. He has been a faculty member at the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ) since 2012, currently holding the position of Associate Professor. His research is focused on Condensed Matter Physics, with experience in electronic transport and electrical properties of surfaces, interfaces, and thin films. He conducts studies on the electrical characterization of thin films and the fabrication and analysis of organic and hybrid electronic devices. His current work is dedicated to the development of third-generation solar cells based on semiconductor quantum dots and perovskites. Previous experience includes the electrical characterization of conducting polymers using impedance spectroscopy, and the development and evaluation of organic electronic devices such as field-effect transistors, memory devices, pressure sensors, and gas sensors.
