Fábio Lumertz Garcia

Fabio Lumertz Garcia graduated in Electrical Engineering from Pontifical University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS - 2003). He is M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Campinas (UNICAMP - 2006) and PhD also from the University of Campinas (2013).
