Master's in Public Management by Escola Brasileira de Administração Pública da Fundação Getulio Vargas (EBAP-FGV) (1983) and Doctor in Business Management by Fundação Getulio Vargas - SP (EAESP-FGV) (1991). Nowadays he's teacher of EAESP-FGV (since 1887). He has experience in Administration, focusing on Strategic Management, acting on the following subjects: people management, strategy, hospital management, organizational structure and Human Resources. Since March 2007 he is helping to develop and establish a Master Program on Faculdades Campo Limpo Paulista (FACCAMP), which,was aproved by Capes-Mec in 2008 and beginned in 2009.
