Claucio André Nunes de Oliveira

FIRST UNDERGRADUATION: Bachelor in Social Communication at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM/SP), with qualification in Copywriting (concluded in 2005). Worked between 2004 and 2009 for Submarino (B2W) and the advertising agency F.Biz. Since then has worked as a freelancer copywriter, with focus e-commerce copywriting. SECOND UNDERGRADUATION: Bachelor in Performing Arts at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp/SP, concluded in 2014). Double diploma due to an international exchange program: Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts at University of Derby, UK, 2013 (see more info below). During his period at Unicamp has successfully completed theoretical and practical modules and has acted and produced plays for public presentation, such as: ?Antígona? (a narrative and physical study on Greek chorus language) directed by Matteo Bonfitto in 2011 at Unicamp) and ?Macbeth? (directed by Veronica Fabrini at Unicamp in 2012). In 2013 studied for 12 months at University of Derby (UK) as part of Brazilian federal exchange program Science Without Borders. Theoretical and practical modules were taken about acting in British theatre, theatre direction and broad studies on William Shakespeare. Developed academic research, in English, about the same author and acted in public performances such as in ?Welcome to Thebes?, directed by Yvonne Hurt (Derby Theatre, 2013). Except during the exchange program, from 2011 to 2014 he developed and undergraduate academic research on the textual and practical aspects of the poetics of the four elements in Shakespeare's tragedies (?Typological Human Aspects in Shakespeare?, FAPESP/SP), that included an experience directing an experimental, practical laboratory with actors, filmmakers and photographers that lead to a public performance and documental video production (Unicamp, 2014). In 2014 co-founded theatre company Vacas Profanas with other four actors that came from the same group in Unicamp. Also has, officially, directed a performatic experience based on Macbeth, lectured a conference about producing Shakespeare in UK, and participated as member of a panel discussion about acting in Shakespeare (Unicamp. 2014). Since 2014 has worked for Cultura Inglesa S.A. (traditional English language school in Sao Paulo) leading drama clubs, offering drama classes, writing, producing and directing students in public performances presented in English. Since 2010 collaborates as critic for theatre and culture online magazine Antro Positivo, and contributes in alternative formats of critic texts covering theatre festivals such as MIT-SP (2016) and Satyrianas (São Paulo/SP).
