I hold a bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP, Botucatu campus (2009-2014), with a sandwich period at École Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort, France, as a scholarship recipient of the CAPES-BRAFAGRI program (2013-2014). I completed a residency in Zoonoses and Public Health at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, UNESP, Botucatu, with a scholarship from the Ministry of Health (2014-2016). I pursued further specialization in Sanitary Defense, Technology, and Inspection of Products of Animal Origin with an emphasis on legislation at Candido Mendes University (2017-2019). I earned my doctorate in veterinary medicine, specializing in animal health, veterinary public health, and food safety from FMVZ UNESP in 2020. I have completed training courses as an internal HACCP auditor, a lead auditor for FSSC 22000:2018 v4.1 (Certificate 45475977 / 142301692, CQI / IRCA 156208), ProTerra Standard Lead Auditor v4.1, RTRS Chain of Custody Standard Lead Auditor, and Bonsucro Lead Auditor (v4.2, v.5.1, Chain of Custody v5.1, Smallholder farmer v1). I have experience in serological, microbiological, and biomolecular diagnostics. My research interests encompass zoonoses, public health, mastitis, and food safety. Currently, I work as an auditor for food safety and socio-environmental responsibility protocols in second and third-party audits. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
