Gisele dos Santos Zepka Saraiva

bachelor's at Meteorologia from Universidade Federal de Pelotas (2002), master's at Naval and Oceanic Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (2005) and doctorate at Geophysics from Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (2011). He is currently full professor at Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais.
