Associate professor since 2021, Beatriz started at theUniversity of São Paulo since February 2003. Beatriz Raposo has experience in Linguistics acting on the following subjects: phonetics, phonology, language, speech and singing. There are two strands in her research work: the relationship between speech and singing that point to the linguistic aspects that interact with music and the issue of vowel nasality in PB, as a complex gesture, which should be studied in the light of a dynamic phonological theory.
