I am a professor at AFARP (Ribeirão Preto - Brazil), teaching different disciplines to Production Engineering and Business School. Last position was as Senior Manager at Accenture Brazil where he developed his career on system implementation consulting since 2003, focusing on CRM/Siebel implementations. He had participated in large Siebel implementation projects for consumer goods and telecom industries. PMP certified. Master Degree on Production Engineering (2001) and Graduation on Mechanical Production Engeneering (1999) at Universidade de São Paulo (EESC-USP).
