Cristiano Rocha Heckert

Cristiano Rocha Heckert holds a bachelor's degree (1999), master's degree (2001), and doctorate (2008) in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is Senior Business Development Manager for the Public Sector in Latin America at Amazon Web Services (AWS) since June 2024. Approved in first place in the 2005 public exam - with emphasis on Regulation, he worked for 18 years in the Brazilian federal government in the career of Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management, where he held various positions, including: President of the Complementary Pension Foundation for Federal Civil Servants of the Executive Branch - Funpresp-Exe (2022-2023), Secretary of Management at the Ministry of Economy (2019-2021), Secretary of Modernization and Strategic Management at the Federal Public Ministry (2016-2017), Secretary of Logistics and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning (2015-2016), and Secretary of Strategic Management at the National Council of the Public Ministry (2012-2015). He is a professor of public management-related topics at ABOP, ENAP, FGV, and IBGP. He is co-author of the book "IT Contracting: The Game," along with Antonio Fernandes Soares Netto, published by Ed.
