Graduated in Chemistry (Bachelor's Degree with Technological Attributions) from the Chemistry Institute of the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho-UNESP (1989 - 1990), Master in Materials Science and Engineering (Polymers) from the Department of Materials Engineering (DEMa) of the Federal University of São Carlos-UFSCar (1991 - 1995) and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering (Polymers) from the Department of Materials Engineering (DEMa) of the Federal University of São Carlos-UFSCar (2010 - 2015). Post-Doctorate from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the FEI University Center (FEI)-São Bernardo do Campo/SP (2015 - 2020). Experience in Chemistry and Engineering of Polymeric Materials, mainly thermoplastic polymers, in the areas of transformation processes (extrusion, extrusion-blow, injection and additive manufacturing), circular economy (primary and secondary mechanical recycling), stabilization, abiotic degradation (mechanical, oxidative and pro-oxidative) and biodegradation.
