Sheila Cristina Canobre

She holds a Bachelor's and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (1998), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (2001) and a PhD in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (2004). She has experience in Physical Chemistry, with an emphasis on electrochemistry, working mainly on the following topics: corrosion, conductive polymers (Pani and Ppy), mixed oxides, layered double hydroxides, PDMcT, polymer composites for application in energy storage devices (secondary battery cathodes and supercapacitors) and as pesticide adsorbents. She is currently an associate professor level 4 at the Chemistry Institute of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), president of the women's committee of the postgraduate program in chemistry (CMPPQUI), and member of the IQUFU Teaching Chamber.
