Technology Director. An entrepreneur in the technology sector, he has over 20 years of experience in software and product development, working for startups and multinational companies. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA in Business Management from FGV. He specializes in Distributed Systems, Distributed Algorithms, and Middleware Development. He has advanced knowledge of Computer Architecture and Compilers. He was a founding partner and CEO of the Overplay studio, where he led a team of 32 professionals and produced over 200 video games for the North American, European, and Brazilian markets. At Level Up!, a multinational online game publisher, he was responsible for the development and product management of Turma do Chico Bento, a social game for the Facebook platform that reached 100,000 users on its launch day and had 4 million registrations. He also set up the content analysis team (online games) at the company's Brazilian headquarters and took on the international role of prospecting, evaluating and negotiating with global developers, working mainly in China, South Korea, Japan, the USA, Canada and Europe, acquiring products for the Latin American market. A natural professor, he has taught Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering at the Universidade Norte do Paraná (UNOPAR). For the past 10 years, he has been leading the development and innovations of Golfleet, a telemetry, fleet management and corporate mobility technology company in Brazil. He is a founding partner of V3 Tecnologia, a company that provides video-telemetry technology using Artificial Intelligence applied to Computer Vision. Passionate about people and innovation, from incremental improvements to the creation of disruptive products, Sérgio Jábali currently leads a qualified team of 45 professionals at Golfleet whose purpose is to create sustainable solutions with economic, social and environmental impacts, and with a human touch especially focused on people development.
