Roberta Wanderley da Costa Marques

An Agricultural Engineer with a Masters Degree in Applied Economics, both from the São Paulo University (USP), she has worked with sustainable development projects for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ação da Cidadania NGO, helping prepare outreach projects. More recently, she was worked as a research assistant at the Applied Economics Institute (IPEA). She was manager of the education area at Instituto Desiderata and was Executive Director of Instituto Desiderata in Rio de Janeiro for 11 years, an OSCIP - Civil Society Organization of Public Interest that works to strengthen public policies in the areas of education and health. Currently, she is the Executive Director of the non-profit projects of the Instituto D'Or de Pesquisa e Ensino, in the areas of science and education. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
