Graduation on Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1972) and master in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1978). He was senior researcher in the Aerospace Technical Center, Manager of Electronics and Control Engineering at AVIBRAS and Associate and Technical Director at NAVCON Navigation and Control. He is now Associate and Director of Engineering of HORUSEYE TECH ENGENHARIA DE SISTEMAS, acting on development and manufacturing of navigation and control systems, high reliability computer systems and IoT.
