Graduation on Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1972) and master in Electric Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1978). He was senior researcher in the Aerospace Technical Center, Manager of Electronics and Control Engineering at AVIBRAS and Associate and Technical Director at Navcon Navigation and Control. He is now Associate of NAVCON ENGENHARIA and Associate and Director of Engineering of HORUSEYE TECH ENGENHARIA DE SISTEMAS, acting on the following subjects: motion measurement systems, navigation systems, high reliability computer systems and IoT.
