With a Bachelor Degree and Licenciated in Letters (1994), Master Degree (2001) and Doctorate Degree (2009) in Brazilian Literature by the College of Philosophy, Letters and Human Science of the Universidade de São Paulo (FFLCH-USP), Tatiana Longo Figueiredo is specialized in Organization of Archives by the Institute of Brazilian Studies (IEB-USP) of the same University. Since 1993, she participates of projects connected to the organization of the Manuscripts and Letters of Mário de Andrade at the IEB-USP. Together with Marcos Antonio de Morais and Telê Ancona Lopez, she coordinated and prepared the Eletronic Edition of the Catalog of the Series Mário de Andrades Letters, research available at the site IEB-USP.She collaborated in the critical edition of Macunaíma (1996). The Chronology of Mário de Andrade, made with Telê Ancona Lopez, was translated into french by Jacques Thiériot and published in Macounaïma (1996). In the company of the same researcher, she established the text of Macunaíma, published in 2008 by the publishing company Agir. She published the essay Belazarte much more than modernist about The Belazartes Tales (2008).She wrote texts on Mário de Andrade, published in magazines such as Manuscritic, D.O. Reading, Teresa and Sibila: poetry and culture magazine. From 2002 to 2006, she worked as assistant editor of the latter.Comparing with the manuscripts, she did the specialized revision of the originals and of he typographic proofs of several unpublished by Mário de Andrade, among others, Scales, Trumpet and Battleship or The Discovery of the Soul (1994).She participated of the texts and images selection for the movies Mário 360 degrees (1997) and Piano and ganzá: the musical world of Mário de Andrade (2000) (ganzá - Brazilian percussion instrument), documentaries produced by the Padre Anchieta Foundation TV Culture of São Paulo.From 1998 to 2005, she coordinated the processing of documents of the Otto Lara Rezende Archive at the Moreira Salles Institute, in São Paulo, publishing Three Ottos by Otto Lara Rezende (2002).At this moment, she is a member of the Researchers Association of Genetic Criticism (Associação de Pesquisadores de Crítica Genética) and integrates the group of the thematic Project Fapesp/ IEB/ FFLCH-USP Study of the creative process of Mário de Andrade by the manuscripts of his archive, his letters, his marginalia and his readings.
