Helton Hissao Noguti

Currently is master's student at the Postgraduate Program Social Change and Political Participation at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH) of the São Paulo's University (USP). He has bachelor degree on Public Policy & Administration by the same school and integrates the Development and Participation Collaboration acting most at the Open Justice group and was a scholarship student by the FAPESP agency between the years 2012 - 2014.
