Ana Paula Ritto

Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine, Universidade de São Paulo, with a research focus on speech and language neurogenic disorders. Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the Universidade de São Paulo (2011). M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Communication Sciences (2014 and 2018, respectively), advised by Dr. Claudia F. Andrade. International research fellow at East Carolina University, advised by Dr. Joseph Kalinowski, during the Fall 2014 Semester. International research fellow at the City University of New York, advised by Dr. Talita Fortunato-Tavares, during the Spring and Fall 2017 Semesters. Adjunct Lecturer for the Fall 2017 Semester at the Lehman College of the City University of New York. Published nine articles in peer-reviewed journals and two book chapters. Worked as a speech-language pathology clinical preceptor at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculdade de Medicina of the Universidade de São Paulo between February 2019 and February 2022, and as a Clinical Research Associate (post-doctoral researcher) at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculdade de Medicina of the Universidade de São Paulo between April 2022 and February 2024.
